Department of Administration

Headed by the Deputy Executive Director, this department will handle the basic day-to-day operations of International Headquarters. Functions in this department include but are not limited to:

• Headquarters administration
• All membership functions and inquiries/membership mail out functions
• Intake information
• Life membership inquiries
• Disciplinary actions/Appeals/Re-instatements of members and chapters/
• Duplicate credentials-membership certificates/chapter charters/
• Membership cards/
• Member listing requests (submit request in writing)
• University-College coordination's
• Undergraduate training
• Education and all related issues
• Administration support/data entry/all computer related functions/Upgrades
• Project Management/special projects
• Grand Board activities

Department of Finance

Headed by the Director of Finance, this department houses and handles all functions related to finance, including accounting, reporting, banking and investments.  Functions in the department include:

• Accounts receivable and payable
• Deposits/Payroll/Financial data entry
• Book-keeping/Audits and audit preparation
• Vouchers
• Jewelry ordering & accountability
• Inventory/Fiscal controls
